Consumer insights are a great place to start when looking to innovate; by observing usage rituals and latent behaviour, but we don't stop there.

We explore a greater understanding of a project and design problem by also meeting with technical teams and walking the manufacturing and filling lines, understanding any current technical issues and identifying any potential opportunities. We work with the brand and marketing teams and business owners to really understand the short and long term goals for the business/brand going forward.

We also look outwards gathering insights from across different categories, identifying new packaging formats, material advancements and modern manufacturing technologies. These gathered insights allow us to create an opportunity map of the problem and  identify potential start points to get to game changing innovation and new brand opportunities.
